Troubleshooting Methods for Screen Display of RC6GS & RC4GS

1. When powered on, the transmitter doesn’t make a “D” sound and the screen doesn’t light up.

① Check if battery voltage is sufficient.

② Check if the positive and negative poles of the battery are inserted reversely

If the problem still exists after the above two steps, change the screen.

2. When powered on, the transmitter makes one “D” sound but the screen doesn’t light up or it is blank.

Wrong installation steps of firmware may cause screen problems. The right steps are as following:

① Connect the transmitter to the USB port of the computer with Android phone data cable.

② Power on the transmitter

③ Computer finds USB Drive

④ Computer pops out formatting USB Drive

⑤ Format USB Drive ( delete the original file manually if computer doesn’t pop out formatting)

⑥ Copy the firmware you need to USB Drive

⑦ Turn off the transmitter and unplug the data cable.

Check the steps. If the problem still exists after the right installation steps of the firmware, change the screen.

3. When powered on, the transmitter makes three “D” sounds but the screen doesn’t light up or it is blank.

Change the main board and screen.

4. Powering on the transmitter, the screen display is normal, but there is no response while pressing any button.

The problem is caused by wrong firmware. Install the following firmware first and then install the right firmware.

Powering on the transmitter, all the buttons work well, but the screen is blank.
